Your responsibilities include:
• Quality -- ensure Office Clinical performance meets/exceeds patient standards determined by the ADA, or other governing body, as well as executing the ImmediaDent Way by providing patients with comprehensive, long term, definitive treatment plans.
• Dentistry -- providing comprehensive dentistry, including, but not limited to: the diagnosis & treatment of oral disease, the examination & interpretation of diagnostic digital x-rays, preparation of comprehensive treatment plans, root canals, extractions, fixed and removable prosthetics, periodontal maintenance and the education of patients on oral health.
• Communication -- practicing open & honest communication with all Office Clinical staff, Office Management & Regional Management regarding Clinical/Operational concerns timely & effectively, ensuring a cohesive office team.
• Fiscal responsibility -- support the achievement of office production targets & budgetary goals
